I created a Facebook support group: Post Show Place for BB, Physique, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Competitors as a place for competitors to come together and support one another in the post show process.
While the program can be customized to your specific needs, the basic program consists of a 12 weeks prep PLUS 4 weeks post show reverse plan, for a TOTAL of 16 Weeks. All my programs include unlimited coaching sessions for the duration of your plan, and you can join the Facebook pages set up exclusively for competitors.
